Waste of my time
Despite several messages and even more phone calls, this company have failed to get back to me. A company that doesn't care about customer service

Order was cancelled by DoorSuppliesOnline . Next day got an email offering a credit. Contacted customer support online and asked for a refund. Someone from this company said it was being reviewed and I would hear back in 24 hours. I did not hear back so called customer support and was told it was too late to get a refund. What a scam!

Replacement glass panel
One of the panels on our composite front door has ' broken down ' so condensation forming. As the problem is under warranty I contacted DoorSuppliesOnline to have it replaced. Was charged £72 in April 2026 for a 5 minute call out from an engineer to confirm a new pane of glass was required. Since then nothing!! I have phoned every week and sent an email. Everytime I am told someone will get back to me, but they never do.

Stole my money
The door I ordered was sent to the wrong location and after contacting customer service and escalating the matter to a supervisor no refund was given their reason being because the order was completed. So I spent £1400 and received nothing seems illegal only option now is to dispute. I will never use DoorSuppliesOnline.co.uk again and will urge all of my friends

Terrible
Customer support does not have capability to tell you where driver left package. Tracking says delivered but package did not get delivered. Talked to 2 diff reps, and each said different things. They have limited access, or they don't know where package is, driver doesn't answer their call. I would bet their drivers steal packages. BEWARE.

Very poor quality door from doorsuppliesonline.co.uk
The door is of very poor quality. The door leaks when it rains, leaving my floor wet. The company has not provided any assistance.
